A month-long program to identify your goals, create and action plan, and stay accountable every day.
We’ll sit down for a 1 hour phone call to get to understand your goals and set up some milestones and an action plan.
Then you’ll have a simple google form you’ll fill out every day to explain how you’ve made progress, what obstacles you ran into, how you felt about it, and a few more questions.
I will also make notes in the document as a coach and accountabilibuddy, once a week or periodically depending on your needs.
This course will last for 4 weeks (1 coaching session and 4 weeks of feedback).
